What the Kickstart Package Covers

• Wage Reimbursement: Government covers 100% of the National Minimum Wage for 25 hours/week for 6 months.
• NI & Pension Covered: Employer National Insurance and auto-enrolment contributions are also reimbursed.
• £1,500 Setup Grant: One-off grant per placement to support setup, onboarding, and training.
• Training & Employability Support: Built-in LMS with CV writing, digital skills and interview prep.
• Progress Monitoring: Real-time progress reports visible to both employers and DWP partners.

Who Qualifies?

To participate, you must offer a new job role for a young person (16–24) currently on Universal Credit. Roles must not replace existing jobs or reduce current hours. G-POD handles the backend paperwork and syncs directly with DWP for eligibility.
