How does the monthly vs. annual billing work?

GPOD offers both monthly and annual billing options:

  • Monthly Plan: Pay month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
  • Annual Plan: Save 15% by paying for a full year in advance. This is billed as a single payment and provides access for 12 months.

For both billing cycles, you'll have access to the same features based on your chosen plan (Starter, Growth, Pro, or Enterprise). Annual subscribers also receive priority for new feature releases and updates.

Are there any setup or implementation fees?

Our standard implementation is included at no additional cost for all plans. This includes:

  • Account setup and configuration
  • Basic data import (employee information)
  • Standard integrations with compatible systems
  • Getting started training sessions

For more complex implementations, custom integrations, or data migrations, additional professional services fees may apply. These are discussed and quoted separately based on your specific requirements.

Enterprise clients receive a comprehensive implementation package tailored to their needs, with pricing included in their custom quote.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Here's how it works:

  • Upgrading: You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. The new rate will be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle.
  • Downgrading: For monthly plans, you can downgrade at the end of your current billing cycle. For annual plans, downgrades take effect at renewal.

When upgrading, you'll immediately gain access to all the additional features in your new plan. If you're on an annual plan and need to downgrade mid-term, please contact our customer support team to discuss your options.

What payment methods do you accept?

GPOD accepts the following payment methods:

  • All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Direct debit
  • Bank transfers (for annual plans and Enterprise clients)
  • Purchase orders (for qualified Enterprise clients)

Monthly plans are typically charged via credit card or direct debit. For annual plans and Enterprise clients, we offer more flexible payment options, including invoicing with net-30 terms.

Is there a free trial available?

Yes, GPOD offers a 14-day free trial for all new customers. During your trial period:

  • You'll have access to all features in the Growth plan
  • No credit card is required to start your trial
  • You can add up to 25 employees for testing
  • Our implementation team will help you get set up

At the end of your trial, you can select your preferred plan and billing cycle. If you need more time to evaluate GPOD, please contact our sales team, who can sometimes arrange trial extensions.

For Enterprise clients, we offer custom trial experiences with full access to Enterprise features. Contact our sales team to arrange this.

How does the per-employee pricing work?

GPOD's pricing is based on fixed monthly/annual rates for each plan, which includes a specified number of employees:

  • Starter: Up to 25 employees included
  • Growth: Up to 100 employees included
  • Pro: Up to 250 employees included
  • Enterprise: Unlimited employees (custom pricing)

If you need to add more employees than your plan allows, you can either upgrade to the next plan or add additional employee packs. Contact our sales team for details on employee pack pricing.

Note that there is no limit on the number of worker accounts (employees using the mobile app) - only on the number of employees you can manage within your employer dashboard.
